Ms. Marraccini received her Bachelor of Arts degree from
University of Oregon in political science with a minor in business
administration. She received her Juris
Doctorate from Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. While in law school she interned for the
Securities and Exchange Commission.
Ms. Marraccini returned to the Bay Area, where she grew up,
to practice law. She has practiced
family law since graduating law school.
For many years she also practiced in the area of complex civil
litigation, representing clients in courts throughout the greater Bay
Her experience allows her to assist her clients in
navigating all aspects of litigation effectively, including dispute resolution,
mediation, arbitration and trials, in a manner which secures the best outcome
for each individual client based or their particular goals.
Ms. Marraccini understands that every divorce and custody
case is as unique as your family, and there is not a one-size-fits-all
solution. Some cases can be resolved
without ever going to court through agreements of the parties. When possible, it is always preferable to
resolve cases in this manner. However,
some cases cannot be resolved between the parties and require the assistance of
a mediator or judge. In these cases, Ms.
Marraccini uses her extensive trial experience to guide clients through the
process and vigorously represent the client’s position.
